  • 1 Cup Griopro® Cricket Powder
  • 1/3 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced tofu
  • 1/3 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 2 cups water
  • Olive oil
  • Feta cheese


  1. Sauté onions and peppers with olive oil lightly for a few minutes.  
  2. Add the Griopro® Cricket Powder, tofu and water in a non-stick pan at low heat.  
  3. Continue mixing and sautéing for 10-15 minutes or until desired consistency.
  4. When finally cooked, top with fetta cheese or other toping, sauce or seasoning as desired.
