- 1 1/4 tablespoons toasted Griopro® cricket powder
- 1/4 cup sprouted almonds
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 6 pitted dates
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut for rolling
- 1/8 tsp himalayan fine pink salt
- 1/8 tsp fresh vanilla bean finely chopped
- Chop almonds and walnuts set aside in a bowl
- Chop the dates and mash into a paste. Add to chopped nuts.
- Fold in remaining ingredients and form bite size balls.
- Roll balls in coconut flakes either on a cutting board or a bowl.
- Optional: fold in some coconut along with rolling them for the coconut exterior.
